230 businesses participate in dialogue and dissemination of tax policy 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 26, Yen Thanh District Tax Department organized a dialogue conference for businesses and disseminated new tax policies in 2015 to business owners and accountants of 230 businesses and people's credit funds in the area.

Overview of the training class

The delegates were informed by the staff of the General Propaganda Team of Nghe An Tax Department about the contents of Circular 96/2015/TT - BTC dated June 22, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance, guiding the implementation of Decree No. 12/2015/ND - CP and amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 78/2014/TT-BTC; Circular 119/2014, Circular 151/2014 of the Ministry of Finance on corporate income tax.

At the conference, the Yen Thanh District Tax Department also conducted a direct dialogue with local businesses to resolve tax policy issues such as: tax deduction for capital investment, tax deduction for income payments to seasonal workers and some issues in administrative procedures, electronic tax registration and declaration. At the same time, guidance was given on how to handle some situations that businesses may encounter in the process of implementing tax policies./.
