This is the first time the contest has been held at the primary level and takes place.In the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, primary education institutions are implementing the old program in grades 3, 4, and 5, while implementing the 2018 general education program in grades 1 and 2.

After nearly 1 month of organization, 275candidatesContestants have completed the sections on presenting measures to improve the quality of homeroom work and the practical section, reaching 100%.The way of participating in the contest showed the teachers' concern and enthusiasm for the work of homeroom teachers, focusing on current issues.

Through the practical lessons, it can be seen that the lesson plans and teaching aids are carefully prepared by teachers, in accordance with the lesson objectives, students and the requirements of educational innovation. What is special in this competition is that because some students are still F1, F0, so during the demonstration hours of the participating teachers, they cannot participate directly.

Faced with this situation, many teachers, typically teachers in Quynh Luu, Dien Chau districts and some other districts, have installed personal online teaching devices in the classroom so that not only students can study directly in class but also students at home can still participate in learning.

At the contest, there were many highly appreciated lessons such as those ofTeacher Nguyen Thi Luong - Dien Yen Primary School (Dien Chau) achieved an average score of 19.3 points; Teacher Ngo Thi Loan - Dien Phuc Primary School (Dien Chau) achieved an average score of 19.2 points; Teacher Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha - Con Cuong Town Primary School (Con Cuong) achieved an average score of 19 points. These are also outstanding teachers of the contest.

At the end of the competition, the Department of Education and Training recognized 275 teachers with the title.“Homeroom teacherprovincial excellent class"year 2022;

In addition, 5 collectives, including the Departments of Education and Training of Dien Chau, Tuong Duong, Que Phong, Thai Hoa, Nghia Dan and 66 individuals with outstanding achievements in the contest were rewarded.

Speaking at the contest, comrade Dao Cong Loi - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training congratulated and commended the achievements of the teachers.

Through this contesthas selected and honored the right teachers who are truly capable and dedicated to the work of homeroom teachers. Through this, the units have gained more experience to organize competitions at school and district levels, and at the same time have a fuller understanding of the role of homeroom teachers.

At the same time, it has created conditions for teachers to demonstrate their abilities, study, exchange experiences; discover, commend, and replicate advanced models, contributing to improving the effectiveness of class activities, organizing educational activities and promoting emulation movements in schools.

From there, it creates motivation for educational development in the whole industry, and at the same time serves as a basis for assessing the current situation of homeroom teachers, meeting the requirements of educational innovation.

After this contest, the Department requested the Department of Education and Training of districts, cities and towns to organize for teachers recognized as excellent homeroom teachers of the province this time to re-conduct teaching sessions and present measures at the school or school cluster where the teachers work, to spread and convey experiences in homeroom work to other teachers.

In addition, continue to evaluate, learn from experience, find effective solutions in building and training a team of homeroom teachers as well as improving the quality of educational activities in schools, actively prepare all aspects so that the next contest will achieve higher and more comprehensive results.
