3,000 job positions for unemployed workers in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn)- On January 16, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center said: Currently, there are 12 businesses proposing 3,000 job positions for unemployed workers in need in the province.
These recruitment positions prioritize Nghe An workers who start working right before and after Tet. The salary ranges from 5 - 7 million VND/month. The job positions are being introduced on the portal of the Provincial Employment Service Center, workers can still update to access jobs that match their skills.
Previously, the Provincial Employment Service Center organized a job fair for 612 workers of ABC International Corporation who had just lost their jobs. There were 12 participating businesses, proposing 3,000 job positions for workers, mainly unskilled workers and garment workers.
However, the job search session only had 340 unemployed people participating. Of these, 69 people had found jobs before, 24 were pregnant and had no need to find work. Other unemployed workers were looking for temporary jobs and waiting until Tet was over to find another job.

Mr. Tran Huu Thuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center said that in the past, the functional agencies of Nghe An province have had many plans to find jobs for workers who have lost their jobs. However, the general mentality of workers today is to wait until after Tet to consider finding another job.
Besides, most of the unemployed workers are garment workers and manual laborers, so there are not many opportunities to find a job with good income.
