The image was posted on social media this morning (June 25). Accordingly, a person sitting in a car behind, traveling from the direction of Chinese Market to Cau Ro, located on National Highway 46, through Ngoc Son Commune, Thanh Chuong District, recorded the image.
Three young men drove three motorbikes in a row, the two inside were not wearing helmets, the driver of the vehicle outside was wearing a helmet but kept swerving and weaving in and out of lanes.
The actions of the three young men above endanger other vehicles participating in traffic.
After the image was posted, many people commented, clearly expressing their indignation. Authorities need to verify and promptly handle the situation.
