According to the post, a person sitting in a car behind, traveling from the direction of the Chinese Market towards Cau Ro Bridge on National Highway 46, in the section passing through Ngoc Son commune, Thanh Chuong district, recorded the image.
Three young men were riding three motorbikes side-by-side, with the two on the inside not wearing helmets, while the driver of the outermost vehicle was wearing a helmet but was constantly encroaching on other lanes, swerving, and weaving erratically.
The actions of the three young men posed a danger to other vehicles on the road.
After the image was posted, many people commented, clearly expressing their outrage. Authorities need to verify the information and take timely action.
