30 war invalids in Nghe An have their status restored

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Nghe An has just issued a document directing localities with war invalids whose benefits have been restored to organize meetings to clarify the reasons for restoration and hand over the decision to restore the benefits to war invalids whose benefits have been suspended. At the same time, pay allowances and preferential benefits to war invalids whose benefits have been restored from the date of suspension.

Previously, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs announced the temporary suspension of the regime for 569 cases according to the recommendation of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in Official Dispatch No. 2259/TTr-NCC dated June 8, 2018. These subjects were suspended because: their names were not on the original list of wounded soldiers kept at the unit or their names were written over; their names were not on the enlistment list of the unit entered in the file...

To ensure proper benefits for war invalids, after issuing the decision to suspend benefits, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Military Region 4 Command and relevant departments and branches will continue to guide war invalids to restore original documents and supplement their records.

As a result, 29 wounded soldiers were able to provide original documents to ensure legality and the old unit confirmed that these wounded soldiers were listed in the list of wounded soldiers currently kept at the unit; 1 wounded soldier was able to provide original documents of injury and the information matched the initially established records currently kept at the Military Region.

Currently, departments and agencies in Nghe An are still coordinating and directing relevant departments and agencies and localities to guide suspended war invalids to supplement the necessary documents to promptly be restored according to regulations. For cases where it is not possible to supplement, it is necessary to collect the regime according to regulations.
