300 youth union members were informed of new legal documents on road traffic safety and order.

At the propaganda session, the children were informed about the traffic safety situation in the country and in the province in the first 10 months of 2024 in general, and the traffic safety violations in Dien Chau district in particular, especially among teenagers. Of the total 1,100 cases of traffic safety violations that were handled for administrative violations, nearly 200 were teenagers.

The main causes of traffic accidents are lack of understanding of traffic safety laws by drivers, poor awareness of traffic participants, and the increasing speed of purchasing vehicles while the traffic infrastructure has not been able to meet the demand.

At the conference, 300 youth union members in Dien Chau district were informed of 15 new points of the Road Traffic Safety Law 2024, which have been supplemented to suit current practices, and instructions on the online driver's license issuance and renewal process were disseminated.

The propaganda activities aim to improve skills and educate traffic awareness among teenagers, limit violations of traffic safety and order, and prevent unfortunate traffic accidents from occurring in the area.
