36 Nghe An candidates are proposed to be considered for recognition as Professors and Associate Professors in 2022

In the list of 36 candidates from Nghe An, there are 5 candidates proposed for recognition as meeting the standards for the title of professor.

That is candidate Tran Xuan Tu (born in 1977, hometown in Nam Cuong commune, Nam Dan district) - Institute of Information Technology - Hanoi National University, candidate in Electronics.

The second candidate is Le Van Loi (born in 1974, hometown in Dong Van commune, Thanh Chuong district). Currently working at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, candidate in Philosophy.

The third candidate is Chu Manh Hoang (born in 1979 in Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district). Currently working at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, candidate majoring in Physics.

The fourth candidate is Duong Ngoc Huyen (born in 1958, in Bac Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district). Currently working at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, candidate majoring in Physics.

The remaining candidates are proposed to be considered for the title of Associate Professor in the following majors: Animal Husbandry-Veterinary Medicine-Aquaculture (1), Mechanical Engineering - Dynamics (1), Information Technology (1), Transportation (1), Education (1), Chemistry - Food Technology (3), Earth Science - Mining (1), Economics (6), Law (1), Linguistics (1), Agriculture - Forestry (2), Biology (1), Irrigation (1), Culture - Arts - Sports (2), Literature (1), Physics (4), Construction - Architecture (2), Medicine (1).

Nationwide, in 2022, a total of 447 candidates were reviewed by the basic Professorial Councils and transferred to 26/28 Industry/Interdisciplinary Professorial Councils.

According to the process of considering and recognizing Professors and Associate Professors, universities establish a Basic Council to review the applications of candidates. The Council members then review the applications, listen to the candidates present their general scientific reports, evaluate their expertise and professional skills, and test their foreign language proficiency. After approving the list of qualified candidates, the Basic Council reports the results to the State Council.

The State Council receives the list, assigns it to the Industry and Inter-Industry Councils for appraisal and eliminates those who do not meet the standards. After that, the State Council will review and approve the list of qualified candidates for recognition of the title./.
