4 foreign enterprises invest nearly 47 million USD in Nghe An

Four foreign-invested enterprises investing in Nghe An are: Becker Industrial Coatings Co., Ltd. - Nghe An Branch (BECKER) (Sweden), BIOMASS FUEL Biomass Fuel Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Japan); SANGWOO Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Korea) and EM-TECH Vietnam Vinh Co., Ltd. (Korea) investing in VSIP Industrial Park.

Also in the first 9 months of the year, Nghe An revoked the Investment Registration Certificates of 2 projects in the Economic Zone and Industrial Park.

Up to now, Dong Nam Economic Zone and industrial parks of Nghe An province have attracted 210 valid projects; of which 173 are domestic investment projects, with a total investment capital of 40,790,082 billion VND; 37 are foreign investment projects, with a total investment capital of 1,541.9 million USD.

Some outstanding foreign-invested projects include: WHA Hemaraj 1 Industrial Park Investment Project - Nghe An by WHA Hemaraj Land And Development, Thailand (1 billion USD); Biomass Fuel Vietnam biomass pellet factory at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park (20 million USD); Royal Foods Factory (Thailand); BSE Electronics Assembly Factory... In addition, there are a number of projects by secondary investors in VSIP Nghe An Industrial and Urban Park.

Currently, the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks of Nghe An province have 100 projects that have been put into stable production and business operations. Many enterprises have produced effectively such as: Masan Northern Food Factory, Ton Hoa Sen, Royal Foods, BSE...

In the first 9 months of 2018, the industrial production value is estimated at 18,000 billion VND; revenue is estimated at 20,000 billion VND; State budget contribution is nearly 900 billion VND; average income is 5.7 million VND/person/month and creating jobs for 17,000 people.
