(Baonghean.vn) - The Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" of Nghe An province has just issued a preliminary report on the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in the first 6 months of the year, deploying 4 key tasks in the last 6 months of 2022.

According to the assessment, in the first 6 months of 2022, Party committees and authorities at all levels have taken drastic actions in leadership and direction as well as the effective participation of the entire political system and people of all walks of life, so the Covid-19 epidemic has been basically controlled in the province; effectively implemented resolutions and action programs to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020 - 2025 and the socio-economic development goals of the province...

Production and business have gradually recovered after the Covid-19 pandemic. State budget revenue in the province in the first 6 months of 2022 is estimated at VND 10,100 billion, reaching 67.4% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and equal to 100.6% over the same period in 2021; local budget expenditure in the first 6 months of 2022 is estimated at VND 15,303 billion, reaching 49.3% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council. Culture and society have made much progress; national defense, security, order and social safety are ensured.

Results of the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization":

In the first 6 months of the year, the whole province had a total of 8,727 models, of which 4,612 new models were built and 4,115 models were maintained in various fields. Specifically:

- Regarding collectives: There are 6,541 collective models (economic: 1,959; cultural - social: 2,597, national defense - security: 810; political system building: 1,179).

- Regarding individuals: There are 2,336 models (economic: 1,043, cultural-social: 581, national defense - security: 278, political system building: 434).

These results have positive contributions from the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the whole province; contributing to building, consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc and completing the socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security, maintaining political stability, order and social safety in the area.

The report also sets out four key tasks for the last 6 months of 2022:

1.Continue to propagate and mobilize the implementation of the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" and Directive No. 05-CT/TU, dated May 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on improving the effectiveness of the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" at all levels and sectors in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 25-NQ/TW, dated June 3, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership in innovating mass mobilization work in the new situation" and Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", mobilizing people to participate in patriotic emulation movements; preventing and fighting epidemics, especially the Covid-19 epidemic. Propagating the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the Party's tradition of mass mobilization work.

2. Continue to deploy the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in State agencies, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and armed forces associated with the political tasks of the locality and unit, at the same time, build, maintain, and replicate the model of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in all fields.

3.Continue to promote the role of the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" at all levels in directing the improvement of quality, promoting the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and the work of government mass mobilization. Direct the grassroots to continue to build, maintain and effectively replicate the models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in all fields.

4.Well implement the inspection and summary work to evaluate the results of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2022. Commend typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" according to regulations./.
