5 ways to fix WiFi inaccessibility error
There are many reasons why computers or smartphones cannot access WiFi, such as broken cables, misconfigured parameters, router crashes... How to fix the above situation?
1. Ping
First, try checking the connection to the website you want to access by pressing the Windows + R key combination (Windows), typing the keyword cmd and pressing Enter. Similarly, if you are using macOS, users just need to press Command + Space, then type Terminal to open the command line window.
Next, you enter the command lineping <website address to access">. For example, ping kynguyenso.plo.vn, this command will send packets to the server to check the operating status. If the return message is Reply from… then everything is working normally and vice versa. Note, there are some websites that will not respond to the ping command, for example microsoft.com.

2. Problem with a specific website
To check the status of a specific website, go to http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/, then enter the website address you want to check in the blank box. If the result is Up (as shown below), everything is working normally, at this time, the error lies with the device or the user.
3. Modem and Router Issues
To check the status of your router/modem, look at the device, if the green light is flashing, everything is working normally, otherwise, if the yellow/orange light appears, there is an error. In addition, you can also plug an Ethernet cable into the router to try to access the Internet, if everything is normal, the error is in the WiFi transmitter on the router.
In this case, turn off the router/modem and wait for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
4. Problems with the computer
Viruses, malware, misconfigured firewalls… are also some of the reasons why you cannot access WiFi. To fix this, install additional anti-virus software and scan your entire computer, remove the firewall application and return everything to default settings.
5. DNS issues
If your service provider's DNS has problems, you can switch to a third-party DNS such as Google DNS, OpenDNS... using DNS Jumper software. The application is currently available for free at https://goo.gl/LnTDC2. When finished, users just need to select the corresponding DNS server or enter it themselves and press Apply DNS to save.
If you still cannot access WiFi after applying the above methods, try contacting your service provider to have a technician come down and check.
