During the process of working in a bent position, carrying heavy loads regularly, you need to take a 5-minute break to help relax the cervical vertebrae. The exercise is very simple: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, relax the neck muscles as much as possible, look straight ahead, and breathe naturally. Use your hands to massage the muscles at the back of the neck from top to bottom. Slowly move your head to the left, exhale, and look to the left. Then return to the starting position and inhale. Then continue moving to the right, looking to the right, exhale; return to the starting position and inhale. In addition, you can shrug your shoulders, lean to the right, lean to the left, bend forward, lean back, and use your hands to massage the muscles at the back of the neck from top to bottom. When exhaling, tilt your head to the left, when inhaling, tilt your head to the right.

Each person should do the above movements for at least 5 minutes each time, every hour. After doing the above movements, it is best to walk around a bit or do some light standing up and sitting down movements to help the whole body's health.
