How are the 5 socio-political organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front structured?
Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu has just signed and issued Decision 304 of the Politburo on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF).
Regarding the organizational structure, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (including the chairman, vice chairman - general secretary, and full-time vice chairmen) plays a leading role, providing comprehensive direction on operational orientation, management of support apparatus, personnel organization, asset and financial management.
The Standing Committee is responsible to the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and central organizations for all activities of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is the head of the agency; the Vice Chairman - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is the permanent deputy head of the agency.
The vice presidents of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are: President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Veterans' Association are deputy heads of agencies.

The organizational structure of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front includes departments and general support staff units; public service units; standing, support staff departments and public service units of socio-political organizations.
In the committees, the general advisory units include 9 units: Office; Organization and Inspection Committee; Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Committee; Social Work Committee; Propaganda Committee; Ethnic and Religious Committee; People's Foreign Affairs Committee; Mass Association Work Committee; Finance and Planning Department.
The public service units include: Institute for Training, Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research; Vietnam Fatherland Front Museum; Dai Doan Ket Newspaper.
Regulation 304 of the Politburo clearly states that the standing committee of socio-political organizations includes the chairman and vice chairmen; for the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, it includes the First Secretary and secretaries of the Central Committee of the Union.
The advisory boards, support boards, and public service units of socio-political organizations are the focal points directly under the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
These agencies and units have the task of advising and assisting the Committee, the Presidium, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee of socio-political organizations; managing the use of seals and accounts of organizations, and are budget-using units and budget estimates directly under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Also according to regulations on organizational structure, the Office of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee was established by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, which issued a decision to regulate its functions and tasks.
The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front established Advisory Councils, implemented the regime of experts, seconded cadres, and collaborators to serve the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to meet practical requirements.
