On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, January 19, the Youth Union of Nghe An Province's Agencies, the Department of Fisheries and Fisheries Control in coordination with the Youth Union of coastal districts and towns encouraged and gave Tet gifts to fishermen in difficulty and hardship.
