Nghe An Electricity presented 50 Tet gifts to poor households in Que Phong
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 24, a delegation of Nghe An Electricity Company visited and presented gifts to poor households in Nam Nhoong commune, Que Phong district on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2019.
Nam Nhoong Commune is a remote and extremely disadvantaged area of Que Phong District. The local population is mainly Thai and Kho Mu ethnic minorities; the poverty rate currently accounts for 62%.

On the morning of January 24, 50 households in particularly difficult circumstances in Nam Nhoong commune were given 50 gifts by Nghe An Electricity Company. Each gift included 500,000 VND in cash and a warm blanket worth 500,000 VND; the total amount of support was 50 million VND.
