60 households living in dilapidated apartment building in Vinh city center

| Many apartment owners in D2 apartment building are as "old" as the apartment building itself. For example, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Chau, the head of the residential group, is 69 years old this year; Mrs. Tran Thi The, is 77 years old this year... They were former railway officials; the industry arranged for them to live here from 1982 - 1983; up to now, there are 3 - 4 generations in their family. These people, day and night, hope that the State will give them ownership of their apartments, so that D2 apartment building can be renovated and repaired.
