To accentuate your shape you should regularly perform a few simple exercises that can help enhance and even improve the shape of your breasts.

Make a fist and place it under your chin, push your fist into your chin for 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. |

Clasp your hands together in front of your chest. Squeeze your hands together with enough force to strengthen your chest muscles. Be sure to keep your back straight. |

Push-ups can help strengthen your chest muscles. If you're new to push-ups, start by doing them on your knees or while sitting on a chair or sofa. Place your arms as far apart as possible at your sides, and keep your legs together. As you press your body into the ground, slowly move your elbows out to the sides. Do 12-15 reps. |

Lie face down on the floor, lift your legs up and grab them at the ankles. If you are a beginner, hold this position for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times. |

Stand half a meter away from a wall, put your hands in front of you, cup them into fists and start pressing into the wall. You should feel your chest muscles working. Do this for about 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times. |

Lie on a bench, pool ball, or the floor. Using dumbbells, raise them above your chest, starting to lift them at a normal pace. Then lower them and immediately lift them back up. Repeat this exercise 8 times. |
