In the period of 2016 - 2020, vocational training for 9,000 workers (of which: 5,000 people learn agricultural occupations, 4,000 people learn non-agricultural occupations). New jobs are created annually for 1,650 - 1,700 workers (of which the rate of trained workers is 46% and 40.3% of trained workers receive vocational training); labor export has from 650 - 700 people. After training, at least 80% of learners have new jobs or continue to do their old jobs but with higher productivity and income.
