(Baonghean.vn) - On January 21, Agribank Nghe An Branch held a meeting to summarize business activities in 2015 and deploy tasks for 2016.

In 2015, closely following the direction of the superior bank and the socio-economic development tasks of the province, proactively setting out appropriate goals and solutions, the business targets of the year at the Branch all achieved and exceeded the set plan.

Total mobilized capital reached over 18.7 trillion VND, total outstanding debt reached over 15 trillion VND, both indicators increased by more than 19.7% compared to the beginning of the year. Capital invested in lending to rural agriculture, farmers, small and medium enterprises... accounted for more than 87% of total outstanding debt. The bad debt ratio was below the allowable level, credit activities were safe and effective.

In 2016, on the basis of closely following the socio-economic development orientation of the province and the management policies of the superior bank, Agribank Nghe An continues to propose appropriate solutions, striving for credit growth of 14-15%.

Continue to seek qualified customers, effective projects, prioritized production and business sectors for credit investment such as loans to reduce losses in agriculture, loans to build new ships according to Decree 67, loans according to Decree 55... Strive for agricultural and rural credit to reach over 88% of total outstanding loans. At the same time, promote comprehensive development of products and services, especially domestic and international payment services, money transfer services, foreign currency trading, card products, electricity and water bill collection services... to grow at least 10% compared to the previous year.
