Who 'sells' personal information of airline passengers?

In response to customer complaints, Vietnam Airlines has implemented many measures, from reviewing the network security system, aviation security to conducting internal investigations and sending official dispatches to request professional assistance from the police. Vietjet also confirmed strict management and no employees or partners have the right to access customer information and related partners must sign confidentiality agreements and only know their information for work purposes.
