Airbus and the most 'horrifying' plane crashes
Airbus - one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world. However, the planes produced by this company often "crash".
1. Airbus A321 plane crash
An Airbus A321 operated by Russian airline Kogalymavia (brand name Metrojet) crashed in the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt on October 31, 2015, killing all 224 people on board.

The Airbus A321 took off from the city of Sharm el-Sheikh (Sinai) at 5:51 a.m. (local time) on October 31, 2015, disappeared from the screen 23 minutes later and crashed into the desolate hills in central Sinai.
The terrorist organization IS has claimed responsibility for the plane crash.
2. Airbus 320 crash

On March 24, 2015, Airbus A320 flight number 4U9525 of Germanwings (Germany) carrying 142 passengers and 6 crew members crashed in the Digne region, southern France.
The Airbus 320 disappeared from radar screens at 11:15 a.m. local time in southern France after taking off from Barcelona, Spain at 10:01 a.m. en route to Dusseldorf, Germany.
All passengers and crew on board the plane were killed.
3. AirAsia A320 plane crash
AirAsia flight QZ8501 crashed into the Java Sea on December 28, 2014, killing all passengers and crew members.

The Airbus A320-200 crashed during a two-hour flight from Surabaya, Indonesia to Singapore. All 162 people on board were killed.
Indonesia says a faulty part and the crew's "inability to control the aircraft" were among the reasons the AirAsia plane crashed into the sea.
4. Airblue A321 plane crash
There have been several horrific accidents involving the A321 in aviation history. An Airblue A321 from Pakistan crashed into a mountainside in bad weather while en route to Islamabad, Pakistan in 2010. All 152 people on board were killed.

The aircraft is registered as EI-ETJ, built in 1997, with Airbus production number MSN 663, and has flown 56,000 hours and 21,000 flights, according to Airbus.
5. Afriqiyah A330 plane crash
An Afriqiyah Airlines plane carrying 93 passengers and 11 crew members flying from Johannesburg to the Libyan capital Tripoli crashed while landing at Tripoli airport at 6:00 a.m. on May 12, 2010. The plane crash claimed the lives of 103 people.
