My Tam's album entered the top 10 of Billboard's global chart

On the evening of January 23, Vietnamese audiences were excited when they saw My Tam's album vol.9 titledHeart 9ranked at number 10 on Billboard's World Albums chart.

My Tam shared that many years ago and most recently in May 2017 while in the US, the female singer looked at the world album chart on Billboard and suddenly thought: "When will Vietnam have its name on this prestigious global chart, top 100 or whatever, just have a name, until when?".

Last night, while still feeling proud of the victory of U23 Vietnam, My Tam received the news that her album was on the top. "I was really speechless. For the first time in history, Vietnamese music has appeared on the global Billboard chart. I can't believe it, I did it. It's really amazing."

My Tam would like to thank her friends, colleagues and audience who helped her create this product.Heart 9is the 9th official album in My Tam's singing career, released in early December. The album includes 13 songs composed by herself and a number of young musicians. My Tam had 3 very grand nights introducing the album in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang. The album has sold about 30,000 copies and is always "sold out".
