BBCOn January 16, Dr. Ronny Jackson, who conducted President Trump's first physical examination, confirmed that President Trump passed the cognitive test. "I have no concerns about the President's cognitive abilities or mental function," he said.
Mr. Ronny added that this is the first time a US president has had to undergo such a test and President Trump himself requested the detailed examination to dispel rumors about his mental health.
“All the data shows that the President is healthy and will continue to be so throughout his term,” Dr. Ronny told reporters at the White House. The doctor explained that the reason Mr. Trump is in good health is because of his habit of not drinking alcohol or smoking.
The medical examination results showed that Mr. Trump is 1.9m tall, weighs 108kg, has a total cholesterol index of 223, and a heart rate of 68 beats/minute.
Mr Trump's only problem is that he is overweight, so his doctor recommends a lower-fat diet and more exercise. "I told the president that if he had a healthier diet over the last 20 years, he would probably live to 200," Dr Ronny said.
The results of Mr Trump's medical examination were released amid widespread speculation about his health. Many even feared that President Trump's mental health was at risk.
