Acne is a disease caused by hair follicles - sebaceous glands in the skin overactive, secreting too much sebum while the hair follicle opening is blocked due to hyperkeratosis, sebum is stagnant in the pores, forming acne. When acne forms, there is often the development and proliferation of a type of bacteria in the pores, causing inflammation and redness of pustules.
According to traditional medicine, the cause of boils is fire poison, some cases often recur due to infection which traditional medicine calls heat blood.
Depending on the disease, use the following treatment:
Inflammatory phase (onset)
Symptoms: Small pimples form, itchy, hot, want to scratch, at this stage use heat clearing, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory methods.
Prescription: 8g of perilla, 20g of honeysuckle, 16g of horse head, 12g of Smilax glabra, 40g of roasted black beans, 8g of licorice, 12g of elephant trunk, 12g of scratch grass, add 750ml of water and boil until 250ml remains, divide into 3 doses per day.

Prescription: 20g honeysuckle, 12g forsythia, 12g scutellaria, 12g soapberry thorn, 16g dandelion, 6g tangerine peel, 8g fritillary, 4g licorice. Boil 750ml of water until 250ml remains, divide into 3 doses per day.
Pus rupture stage
Use the method of decellularization (removing necrotic tissue and healing the skin).
Prescription: 16g of uat kim, 12g of dang quy, 16g of astragalus, 12g of sinh dia, 12g of scrophularia, 8g of dan bi, 16g of codonopsis, 16g of honeysuckle, 6g of licorice. Boil 75ml of water until 250ml remains, divide into 3 doses per day.
During the pus rupture stage, you must regularly wash and dry with sterile gauze to avoid reinfection and infection.
