Party committees of armed forces units, universities, and Party committees of blocs have paid attention to leading, directing, and developing programs and plans to implement mass mobilization work in 2019; and have paid attention to directing the preliminary and final review of Party directives and resolutions on mass mobilization work.

Agencies, units and schools have paid attention to directing the effective implementation of the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement, building and replicating many models and typical examples in various fields associated with new rural construction, achieving quality and effective results...

Delegates discussed and clarified the causes leading to the existence and limitations, and proposed directions and solutions to overcome them in the coming time.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Phan Thanh Doai emphasized a number of contents regarding the implementation of mass mobilization work by Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, he requested that Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee closely follow the key tasks that have been set out, on that basis apply them appropriately to the reality at their agencies and units, seriously and practically carry out the 89th anniversary of the Party's tradition of mass mobilization work, 70 years of implementing Uncle Ho's article "Mass Mobilization", 50 years of implementing his Testament.
