The Secretariat transferred the Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho to the Central Committee.

Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy (56 years old), hometown in Ha Hoa town, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province. He has worked for many years in departments, branches and sectors of Phu Tho province.

In September 2012, Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy was elected Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province. At the 18th Conference of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Executive Committee in June 2019, Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy was elected Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.

In a recent meeting and farewell to Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy organized by the Executive Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Minh Chau affirmed that Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy is a well-trained cadre, with a process of training and maturity through many positions in different agencies.

In any position, Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy has always shown himself to be a cadre and party member with strong political will; a close and scientific leadership method; dedicated and highly responsible for his work; and recognized by Party committees at all levels, the government and the people.

Provincial Party Secretary Bui Minh Chau hopes that, in his new position, Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy will continue to promote his intelligence, capacity and prestige, and make more and more progress in his work; regularly pay attention, give comments and create conditions to contribute to the development of his homeland.

Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy affirmed that in more than 33 years of working, he has always received the attention, sharing, encouragement, help and facilitation of previous generations of cadres and leaders; the support, solidarity and cooperation of colleagues to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Mr. Thuy promised to make efforts to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and the State; continue to make contributions within his capacity and conditions to help build his homeland Phu Tho to become more developed, civilized and prosperous.
