Captain Ho Viet Phuc's family situation is very difficult. His wife has no stable job, his two children are still young and often sick. For a long time, Comrade Phuc and his wife have lived with their old and weak mother in a dilapidated level 4 house but have not had the means to repair it...

The house is built on an area of 75m22 with a total cost of over 520 million VND, of which the Ministry of National Defense's "For the Poor" Fund supported 80 million VND; officers and employees of the Technical Department supported 30 million VND and hundreds of working days to build the house. After nearly 5 months of construction, the house was completed and handed over on schedule, ensuring quality, so that comrade Phuc's family can soon stabilize their lives.

In recent years, with financial support from superiors, along with contributions from officers and soldiers of the Technical Department of Military Region 4, 33 gratitude houses, comrade houses, trade union shelters, and comradeship houses have been built for officers and employees with especially difficult housing circumstances./.
