Mr. Nguyen Duy Chat is a 1/4 disabled veteran, his family is in difficult circumstances, especially the house is degraded and dilapidated. With the attention of the Youth Union of Prison Camp No. 3, his family was supported with 25 million VND to build a house. With the help of the Youth Union of Nghia Hop commune, family and relatives in terms of labor and materials, Mr. Chat's house was completed after 2 months with an area of ​​27 m².
