Now, he bought a bag of synthetic drugs (more than 100 pills) from a Laotian for 3,000,000 VND. After buying the drugs, he returned home to sell them to drug addicts in the area.
At around 5:00 p.m. on October 10, 2018, while Gio was exchanging and buying drugs, he was discovered and caught red-handed by Ky Son District Police. The amount of drugs seized from Gio was determined to weigh 11.75 grams.
In court, Lau Ba Gio confessed honestly and showed remorse.Last words before the panel of judges deliberates, I now ask the panel of judges to consider the family circumstances (young children, wife's poor health) and reduce the sentence so that the defendant can return home to raise his children soon.
Considering the nature, level, crime and attitude of the defendant, Ky Son District People's Court sentenced Lau Ba Gio to 9 years in prison.
