(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 27, commemorating the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2017), leaders, party members and civil servants of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee led by comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Head of the Committee, came to offer flowers and incense at Vinh City Martyrs Cemetery.

Before the souls of the heroic martyrs, comrade Phan Duc Dong and the delegation of officials of the Internal Affairs Committee expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who devoted their lives to the revolutionary cause, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.
