The dialogue conference recorded 25 frank contributions from the Party cell secretaries of villages, blocks, and hamlets in the fields of economy, society, Party building, security, and national defense such as: difficulties in the process of merging villages and hamlets; attention to the process of granting land use right certificates to people; the situation of using agricultural land for the wrong purpose; support for farmers whose crops were damaged by natural disasters; attention to the lives of people in special areas; policies for people with revolutionary contributions; quality of medical examination and treatment at the district medical center, etc.
Receiving recommendations and proposals, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned comrades in the Standing Committee and leaders of some departments and branches of the district to directly answer and resolve questions in a specific and accurate manner.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the District Party Committee Dang Thanh Tung acknowledged and highly appreciated the frank sharing and comments of the delegates; at the same time, he discussed and clarified the issues and related contents. Regarding the contents that have not been explained at the conference, he assigned the agencies, departments, branches, unions, communes and towns to urgently review and consider satisfactory solutions as soon as possible to consolidate the prestige and enhance the practical effectiveness in the leadership and direction of the Party Committees and grassroots authorities.
