The Provincial Party Standing Committee requested to step up propaganda to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Party's founding.

The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 5395-CV/TU and Official Dispatch No. 5400-CV/TU on organizing activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2020) and celebrate the New Year of the Rat in the whole province.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee requested to step up propaganda to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Party's founding.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested Party committees, authorities, and press agencies to focus on leading, directing, and synchronously implementing propaganda solutions to raise awareness and pride in the glorious Party and great President Ho Chi Minh; strengthen and consolidate people's trust in the Party's leadership, the cause of innovation, and the path to socialism; encourage the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to compete to achieve achievements to celebrate the Party, the Canh Ty Spring, the homeland, and the country's innovation, and successfully implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.

Party committees at all levels organized rallies and seminars to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2020) to ensure solemnity, practical significance, and wide-reaching influence to deeply propagate the historical significance of the Vietnamese revolution under the leadership of the Party; highlight the valuable traditions and lessons learned over the past 90 years of the Party, especially the 35 years of leading the cause of national renewal; affirm the vitality of the Party in its close connection with the people; affirm the people's trust in the Party and the cause of national renewal.

Carry out propaganda and agitation work, hang flags, banners, slogans, billboards, posters on main roads, public areas, agencies, schools; mobilize people to hang Party flags, national flags (from January 13, 2020 to February 10, 2020); clean and beautify the environment; clean public places, streets, blocks, and hamlets; strictly handle acts of encroachment on traffic safety corridors; acts of trading, storing, transporting and using explosives, firecrackers... to ensure security and order in the whole province.

Organize activities for people to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet in a practical, joyful, healthy, safe, economical manner, in accordance with the civilized lifestyle and fine cultural traditions of the nation, in conjunction with promoting propaganda and implementing movements such as "Tet for the poor", "All people unite to build a cultural life", "Repaying gratitude", humanitarian and charitable activities...; organize visits to families of policy beneficiaries and exemplary veteran party members.

Along with that, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested that propaganda work must aim to raise political awareness and sense of responsibility of each cadre and party member; create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, contributing to the preparation and successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress; link propaganda to the results of implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo, term XII and implementing Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XI and XII).
