Central Organizing Committee announces 3 successful department heads

The results of the exam for the position of department head were announced by the Central Organizing Committee on the afternoon of October 1.

Accordingly, Mr. Do Phuong Dong (Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Personnel Policy) was selected as the Director of this Department with 84.4 points.

Mr. Pham Manh Khoi (deputy head in charge of the Party Base Department) was selected as head of this department with 83.6 points.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Liet (Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Regulations) was selected as Director of the Department of Localities III with 82.1 points.

The Politburo's project "Piloting innovation in the selection of leaders and managers at department, agency and division levels" has been implemented in 14 ministries, departments and branches and 22 localities. The Central Organizing Committee is the first unit among 14 central ministries, departments and branches to organize examinations to select leaders at department level.

Since June 2017, the Central Organizing Committee has widely announced the recruitment exam for those in the local planning source for the positions of department heads of the Department of Personnel Policy, Party Base, Locality III and those who have been planned for the positions of department heads and equivalent positions in departments, units and in other localities, agencies and units.

In the end, there were 12 candidates who applied, all of whom were working at the Central Organizing Committee.
