On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades representing the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Police, the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Departments: Home Affairs, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Education and Training, Culture and Sports, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction.
