At the border commune of Tam Hop, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the working delegation presented gifts to 60 poor households in Phong village (each household received 1 blanket and 500,000 VND); presented 56 warm coats and 10 blankets to students of Phong village Kindergarten. The delegation presented 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to 10 poor households in Huoi Son village and supported 20 million VND to build a water tank for the people of Xop Nam village.

Also on this occasion, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong and the delegation attended the groundbreaking ceremony and presented 50 million VND to build a "House of Gratitude" for Ms. Vy Thi Hue in Phong village, Tam Hop commune (Tuong Duong). Ms. Vy Thi Hue is the wife of martyr Lo Huu Chieu./.
