Shocked to discover young man dead in kneeling position
On their way to work, passing through an empty lot, many people in Hoa Binh province were shocked to discover the body of a young man dead in a kneeling position.
On the morning of September 4, speaking with reporters, Mr. Bui Duc Ngu, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Nhan Commune (Lac Son District, Hoa Binh Province), said that the incident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on September 3, at the vacant lot of Vo Do Hamlet, Nghia Nhan Commune (Lac Son District, Hoa Binh Province).

Immediately afterwards, the people informed the commune police to come to the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.
“The location where the victim died was about 10 meters away from the motorbike. Previously, on September 2, people saw the victim’s motorbike in an empty lot. On September 3, the motorbike was still there. Feeling strange, people went to check and discovered the above incident,” said Mr. Ngu.
Through verification, the deceased victim was born in 1981, in My Thanh commune, Lac Son district, the victim was a drug addict and had just been released from prison in July 2018.
The cause of the incident is still being investigated./.
