Male body found drifting ashore in Quynh Mai ward
The body was found drifting ashore in the old Quynh Lien commune, now Quynh Mai ward.
According to information, at around 6:30 a.m. on August 26, people were picking up clams that had washed ashore after storm No. 5 and discovered a naked male body drifting ashore, and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Upon receiving the information, local authorities coordinated with police to block off and investigate the incident.
Authorities initially identified the body as male, weighing about 69 kg, 1.68 m tall, with no clothes or identification on him. The victim's identity has not been determined.
Currently, local authorities and ward police are conducting an autopsy, investigating the cause of death and at the same time issuing notices to find the victim's relatives.
