The average annual seafood output reaches 18,392 tons. Building certified brands: Quynh marine seafood; organizing the transfer and application of biotechnology to cultivate aquatic species with high economic value such as: Black tiger shrimp, white-leg shrimp.

Traditional handicraft industries and trades have developed quite well, production activities at production facilities in the area have promoted efficiency, brand name, product value and consumption capacity have been gradually improved.

Budget management is guaranteed, in accordance with the law, and economical. Management and use of capital sources are guaranteed in accordance with regulations, focusing on the main socio-economic development goals of the 2021 - 2025 period.

At the same time, the ward strengthens leadership and direction in planning, planning management, urban management and construction order in the area, gradually creating a green, clean, beautiful and civilized urban landscape.

Along with economic development, the cultural and social fields have many positive changes. The quality of education in schools in the area has many positive changes. Currently, 13/16 schools have been recognized as national standards (81.25%). Activities to encourage learning and talent have received attention.

The cultural, artistic and sports movements took place vigorously, meeting the enjoyment needs of the people. The ward organized many programs and events that created outstanding impressions. In particular, the ward focused on promoting the famous landscapes, scenic spots and historical and cultural relics in the area, especially promoting the value of the Con Temple Relic Site.

Attention has been paid to ensuring social security every year. Since the beginning of the term, more than 2.1 billion VND has been mobilized to support the construction of 49 houses for people with meritorious services, policy families, poor households, and households with housing difficulties. Attention has been paid to poverty reduction, the poverty rate has decreased from 2.02% in 2021 to 0.55% (target 0.8%). Administrative reform and digital transformation have been well implemented, meeting the needs of the people. National defense has been strengthened, security and order have been ensured. The role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward has been enhanced.

Along with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks and ensuring national defense and security, in the past term, the Party Committee of Quynh Mai ward has always focused on building a strong Party and political system. Accordingly, the Party Committee has focused on political, ideological and ethical education combined with the work of perfecting the arrangement, training and fostering of cadres, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members.

On the basis of the achieved results, entering the first term 2025 - 2030, the newly established ward opens up development space along with a well-arranged organizational structure, associated with innovative vision, breakthrough development thinking, high political determination, and solidarity within the Party and people, opening up new development opportunities for Quynh Mai ward in the coming period to strive to build Quynh Mai ward with fast and sustainable economic growth, shifting the economic structure towards focusing on trade, services, and tourism, harmoniously combining with industry and agriculture.

In particular, with beautiful beaches and cultural relics such as Con Temple, Quynh Mai Ward is becoming an attractive destination for tourists. To promote the potential advantages of the locality, in the 2025-2030 term, Quynh Mai Ward will continue to effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the marine economy in the spirit of resolutions of the Party Committee at higher levels; maximize the strengths based on the sea, cling to the sea and get rich from the sea, develop the marine economy in a modern and sustainable direction, promote the cultural identity of the sea, build a coastal community that develops harmoniously, is connected and friendly with the sea; ensure national defense, security and sovereignty of the sea and islands.

In particular, the ward needs to focus on improving service quality, creating a unique identity for Quynh sea tourism culture on the basis of combining the exploitation of natural landscapes with unique and famous tangible and intangible cultural values ​​such as Con Temple, Xuan Uc Temple, Phung Hung Temple, Cua Truong Temple... Along with that, pay attention to attracting investment, perfecting infrastructure for sea tourism, and unique and attractive tourism products.

At the same time, the ward continues to pay attention to and encourage the development of a large-capacity offshore fleet; coordinate in attracting investment, upgrading and expanding Quynh Phuong fishing port. At the same time, the ward focuses on building a project to preserve and promote the Con temple cultural relic cluster; pay attention to restoring and embellishing temple and pagoda relics in the area, associated with improving the quality of sea tourism services.

At the same time, in the agricultural sector, focus on gradually shifting traditional agricultural production to urban agriculture, increasing value per unit area; gradually reducing the proportion of agriculture in the local economic structure. Promote the development of high-tech agriculture; build and replicate advanced and typical production models.

In addition, the ward focuses on building a synchronous and modern infrastructure system; investing in some horizontal traffic infrastructure connecting to the sea; researching, planning and promoting urban development along the river, towards the sea. The ward focuses on creating favorable conditions for businesses and investors who have been and are entering the area to produce and do business, creating jobs for local workers.

At the same time, promote administrative reform and comprehensive digital transformation in all fields towards a professional, modern, transparent administration that serves the people well. Build and develop Quynh Mai ward to soon become a green urban area, a coastal tourist urban area. Take tourism as the driving force for development, take serving people as the center, develop green, sustainable, safe, friendly, civilized, happy.

To realize the above goal, Quynh Mai ward clearly identified 3 breakthroughs and driving forces for development. That is, creating a breakthrough in urban planning and development; gradually forming a civilized - modern - green - clean - beautiful urban appearance. The second breakthrough is focusing on developing digital economy, urban economy, in which the core is developing coastal and riverside tourism urban areas, green urban areas, creating an open environment, developing production, business, and attracting investment. The third breakthrough is focusing on planning, training, and fostering a team of cadres with ethics, in-depth knowledge, and teamwork skills to meet the requirements of local construction and development in the new period.

With outstanding results in the 2020 - 2025 term, from valuable lessons learned, the solidarity and determination of the entire political system along with the attention and support of superiors, Quynh Mai ward is firmly entering its first term with firm belief, great aspiration and determination to build Quynh Mai ward into a green urban area, a civilized urban area, becoming one of the localities with economic and cultural development in the Nam Thanh and Bac Nghe regions.
