Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu chaired the approval of the Party Congresses of the communes: Quynh Son, Nghia Khanh and Quynh Mai ward.
On the morning of July 22, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of Working Group No. 2 chaired the approval of the Party Congresses of the communes: Nghia Khanh, Quynh Son and Quynh Mai ward.

Also attending were members of Working Group No. 2 according to the Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and departments and branches: Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Education and Training, Health, Culture-Sports and Tourism, Science and Technology, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Nghe An Statistics Office; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of communes and wards.
Clear targets, tasks, solutions
Quynh Mai Ward was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of the wards: Mai Hung, Quynh Phuong, Quynh Xuan and Quynh Lien commune, with a total area of 40.5 km2.2, population 57,988 people. Quynh Mai commune Party Committee has 62 affiliated party organizations with 1,498 party members.

With the motto "Innovation - Democracy - Discipline - Development", the Draft Political Report of Quynh Mai Ward aims to build a ward that develops rapidly and sustainably, becoming an urban area that meets civilized urban standards.

To achieve that goal, the Draft Political Report sets out 4 viewpoints, develops 27 main targets, 8 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, and 6 main solutions. Focusing on developing trade, tourism, and clean agriculture.
Established on the basis of merging the communes: Nghia Khanh (old), Nghia An, Nghia Duc (old). Nghia Khanh commune (new) has a total area of 77.72 km2, population is 25,653 people. Nghia Khanh commune Party Committee has 49 affiliated party organizations with 802 party members.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Party Executive Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee are determined to build Nghia Khanh commune to develop strongly and sustainably.
To achieve that goal, the Draft Political Report sets out 5 viewpoints, develops 30 main targets, 3 key tasks, and 3 breakthroughs.
Quynh Son commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Quynh Son, Quynh Lam and Ngoc Son (old Quynh Luu district), with an area of 61.21 km2.2, population 36,824 people. The commune party committee has 55 affiliated party organizations with 1,025 party members.

With the congress theme: "Solidarity - Democracy - Breakthrough - Development", the Commune Party Congress demonstrates the will, aspiration, belief and determination to develop Quynh Son commune quickly and sustainably". The draft Political Report has stated 5 viewpoints, built 28 main targets, 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and 4 main solutions in the term 2025 - 2030.



At the meeting, members of the working delegation and representatives of departments and branches contributed many important opinions on the development orientation of communes and wards, focusing on the fields of health, tourism, culture, socio-economics, agriculture and implementation of national target programs, application, development of science and technology and promotion of private economic development.
Promoting the potential and advantages of each locality
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of Working Group No. 2 acknowledged and highly appreciated the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committees of communes and wards in preparing congress documents.
During the very short preparation time, there were many difficulties when the new government came into operation, posing many new challenges in organization and operation, but the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committees of communes and wards focused highly, closely following the progress of document preparation and congress organization.

Communes and wards have closely followed, seriously and fully implemented and basically met the requirements of Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo, Circular No. 13-TT/TU dated April 26, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party congresses at all levels, as well as the instructions of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu requested that communes and wards continue to closely follow regional planning and orientation. Each locality must exploit its potential and advantages in terms of infrastructure, land, and people, while at the same time, closely coordinating and linking with neighboring localities to form a new development model in the overall space.

At the same time, based on the analysis of potentials and advantages, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, suggested that communes and wards need to set out viewpoints, goals, tasks, and solutions, especially breakthroughs that must have a focus and key points suitable to reality and associated with local strengths.
In addition, it is necessary to creatively apply Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo to the goals as well as the ability to adapt to the actual situation of the locality.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Nghia Hieu also requested units to base on the contents of the meeting to compare with their own documents to supplement and edit appropriately; carefully prepare the organization and conditions for holding the congress; and carry out well the propaganda work about the congress.
At the same time, assign sectors to monitor and guide Party committees to properly prepare and organize the Congress, and advise on timely handling of arising issues./.
