Crossing the railway, hit by a train in critical condition

(Baonghean.vn) - Crossing a railway crossing without a barrier, a woman was hit by a train and had to be hospitalized, her motorbike was completely crushed.

At about 6:15 a.m. on June 20, at the intersection between a residential road and a railway in hamlet 22, Nghi Trung commune (Nghi Loc), a railway traffic accident occurred.

According to witnesses, at the above time, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Tham, residing in Hamlet 7, Nghi Trung Commune, was driving a motorbike with license plate 37K1-68494 when crossing the railway and was hit head-on by train SE20 traveling from Da Nang to Hanoi.

The strong crash caused the motorbike to fly off the track, causing serious damage, and Ms. Tham was seriously injured and had to be taken to the emergency room.

After the accident, railway staff and local people quickly took the injured to the emergency room. Authorities were also present at the scene to handle the incident.
