Billboards with a photo of Piotr Poroshenko and the words "The End" appeared in Ukraine. Social networks published photos taken in Kiev, Dnieper, Cherkassy, Kharkov, Odessa and Sumy.

The posters are made in the style of election campaigns in support of the incumbent head of state. However, the author of the billboards depicts only the back of Mr. Poroshenko’s neck, thereby showing that he is “leaving”.

The Ukrainian presidential administration assured that Mr Poroshenko's campaign headquarters had nothing to do with the posters.

“You're not kidding, are you? We're not idiots who would hang such nonsense,” - Vladimir Gorkovenko, head of the Information Policy Department, commented to Gromadske TV.

On April 7, the Central Election Commission of Ukraine announced the results of the first round of presidential elections. According to the results of processing electronic and paper protocols, candidate Zelensky received 30.24% of the vote, Poroshenko - 15.95%. The second round of elections will be held on April 21.
