Quick report on direction of response and recovery from storm No. 2

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just sent Official Dispatch No. 437/BC-UBND dated July 17, 2017 to the Central Steering Committee on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control on directing the response and recovery of storm No. 2.
