Storm No. 10 and its circulation caused 570 hectares of summer-autumn rice - the green season to fall and be flooded; nearly 190 hectares of winter peanuts to be flooded and their nylon bags blown off; and 350 hectares of vegetables to be flooded and damaged.

In Nghi Yen, Nghi Tien, Nghi Thiet, and Phuc Tho communes, 5.5 hectares of shrimp ponds had their banks broken. The storm combined with heavy rain caused many roads, bridges, and dykes to collapse, making it difficult for people to travel. Many schools and houses were damaged.

In Nghi Xuan commune alone, the storm combined with the tornado here blew off the roofs of 12 households, blew off the roof of Mai Trang market, collapsed the roofs of kindergartens, office buildings, factories of some businesses and houses in the area. Among them, one household had its corrugated iron roof collapsed, damaging 1 car and 3 motorbikes.

Directing the overcoming of traffic and electricity incidents serving people's lives; continuing to harvest the summer-autumn rice area that had not been harvested before the storm, overcoming winter crops, and aquaculture areas./.
