On the morning of January 18, Vinh City Police said: On January 17, while patrolling on Nguyen Trai Street, the Vinh City Police Department's team investigating crimes related to economic management and official positions discovered and arrested a truck with license plate 37C - 190.02 driven by Mr. Ho Anh Dung (born in 1969), residing in Doi Cung ward, who was transporting smuggled goods.
