Accordingly, at 11:30 p.m. on November 10, during a patrol, the Nghe An Mobile Market Management Team coordinated with the Traffic Police (Vinh City Police) to discover a passenger car with license plate 76B-00288 driven by Cao Tuan Toan, born in 1979, residing in Quang Ngai City, showing suspicious signs.

Upon inspection, the authorities discovered that the vehicle was carrying 109 cardboard boxes containing 7,360 chickens and ducks and nearly 1,000 starlings, 1 cardboard box containing 75kg of smoked ham and several sacks containing clothes, fabrics, and floats...

The seized poultry and wild birds all had no documents proving their origin.

The vehicle owner could not present documents proving the origin of the above items. Currently, the authorities have made a record to temporarily detain all the above items to hand over to the Vinh City veterinary agency for handling according to the provisions of law.
