Lieutenant Colonel Pham Ngoc Hai, team leader of Y5/141, asked the criminal police and mobile police to lock down the suspect so he could not escape.
As expected, when checking the bag, the police discovered two carefully wrapped knives. On-site investigation revealed that Nguyen Ngoc Huy (26 years old, residing in Long Bien district) was on his way to meet another group of people with knives to settle a personal dispute.
