At 03:05 on February 7, at Covid-19 Prevention Checkpoint No. 4 in Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, the PCMT&TP Department, Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station and the Covid-19 Prevention Force (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with Nam Can International Border Gate Customs Branch to successfully fight Project NA 221, arresting the subject Tu Ly Vu, born in 2000, residing in Thoong-Hay village, Muong-Pec district, Xieng-khoang province (Laos) who was committing the act ofillegal drug trafficking
Evidence seized at the scene included 08 heroin cakes and some related evidence.
According to initial statements, the subject was hired by someone to transport the above amount of drugs from Laos to Nghe An for a fee of 500 USD. When arriving at the above location, he was discovered and arrested.
