Arrested 4 subjects for forging health certificates and medical records from hospitals
The subjects sell hospital health certificates to customers via express delivery or home delivery at prices ranging from 70,000 VND to 150,000 VND per certificate.
On September 26, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced that they had arrested four subjects for forging documents of organizations such as health certificates and hospital medical records.
Previously, on September 24, Thanh Hoa City Police simultaneously searched the residences of 4 subjects, including: Le Ba Nam (born in 1998), Nguyen Thi Thanh (born in 1970), both in Quang Thinh commune, Thanh Hoa city; Nguyen Thi Mai, born in 1995, in Lam Son ward, Thanh Hoa city and Le Ngoc Dat, born in 1987, in Hoang Thanh commune, Hoang Hoa district.
Through inspection, the authorities discovered and seized many fake health certificates and medical records from Thanh Ha General Hospital and Thanh Hoa Transport Hospital, along with many fake seals of these hospitals.
To commit the act of forging papers, documents, and seals of agencies and organizations, the four subjects mentioned above all used the same method, which was to sell these fake documents with the image of the doctor's name seal, title seal, red round seal of the hospital along with the hospital's health examination form to customers via express delivery or "ship" to their homes at prices ranging from 70,000 VND to 150,000 VND/paper.
The case is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
