The group includes: Nguyen Van Tien (born in 1979, residing in Nghi Thuy ward), Nguyen Ngoc Bau (born in 1974, residing in Dien Thinh commune, Dien Chau), Vu Quang Chinh (born in 1969, residing in Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong), Nguyen Van Binh (born in 1976; residing in Tien Lang, Hai Phong), Pham Van Hung (born in 1979, residing in Hai An district, Hai Phong) and Pham Tuan Cuong (born in 1969, residing in Thanh Ha, Hai Duong).
Through initial investigation, the vehicle owner and crew members violated Point b, Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 96/2020/ND-CP dated August 24, 2020 of the Government on Vietnamese people and foreigners disembarking foreign vessels, foreigners disembarking Vietnamese vessels without a permit to disembark; operating vehicles to approach foreign vessels without a permit issued by the Border Guard at the port.
Currently, the Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy port has investigated and handled the case according to the law and coordinated with the authorities to quarantine the case to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic./.
