Arrested two "dog thieves" using electric guns to fight back against traffic police

Two "dog thieves" were discovered and chased by traffic police while transporting stolen dogs. They immediately used electric shock guns and rubber bands to shoot back.

On December 5, news from Chau Thanh District Police (Ben Tre Province) said that they were detaining two subjects for dog theft, including: Dong Ngoc Truc (born in 1976, residing in Thoi Binh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City) and Tran Thien Phong (born in 1971, residing in Tan Thach Commune, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province).

Previously, at around 2:30 a.m. on December 5, the Traffic Police of Chau Thanh District discovered two subjects, Truc and Phong, riding a motorbike, transporting three dogs with their muzzles taped in the direction from Ben Tre City to Tien Giang.
