Young man arrested for living with 12 year old girl as husband and wife
He brought a 12-year-old girl home to live with him as a married couple for a while, then was discovered by local people and reported to the police.

On the afternoon of September 14, news from the Investigation Police Agency - Vinh Long Provincial Police said that this agency has just issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Truong Van Hoa (22 years old, residing in Tan Quoi commune, Binh Tan district, Vinh Long) for 4 months to investigate the act of raping a person under 16 years old.
Previously, the police received a report from the people that NKH (12 years old, residing in Vinh Trung commune, Tinh Bien district, An Giang province, temporarily residing in Thanh Dong commune, Binh Tan district, Vinh Long) was lured by Hoa and brought to their home to live together as husband and wife. The police force conducted verification and invited Hoa to come in for questioning.
At the police station, Hoa confessed that because Hoa and H. knew each other and developed romantic feelings, from July to December 2017, Hoa brought H. to live together and the two had sex many times at Hoa's house and at boarding houses.
The examination results determined that H had genital injuries and at the time of sexual intercourse, H was only 12 years and 1 month old.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency - Vinh Long Provincial Police is continuing to investigate and clarify the case and handle it according to the provisions of law.
